Lou McLaughlin, the Executive Director of Eaquals, and Sarah Scerri, the Marketing and Communications Manager, attended ICEF Berlin this year.

On the first day, Lou McLaughlin participated in the ALTO seminars, where she met several colleagues from other associations and member schools. One of them was Emma Hoyle, from IHWO, an Eaquals Associate Member. Alto were also celebrating their 25th anniversary.

Throughout the remaining days, both representatives had the opportunity to meet with a number of Eaquals members, made several new contacts, and promoted the benefits of an Eaquals accreditation. They also spoke with agents who were interested in learning more about what distinguishes Eaquals-accredited schools.

As the conference was coming to an end, we were delighted to attend the GLS party on our last day. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and joy as everyone was celebrating GLS's 40th anniversary, with Barbara Jaeschke opening the event with a short speech.

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to explore their newly renovated school and residence, which left a lasting impression on us all. The intricate details and the state-of-the-art facilities were truly impressive.
